At the moment, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. Please make sure to review product details and size information carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We currently offer size exchanges within a day of receiving your order and if you share product video on the same day, subject to availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must have all original tags attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

To request a size exchange, please contact us at myoohlalastory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will share the next steps for the exchange process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at myoohlalastory@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist you.
