Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 5 working days of order confirmation.
For custom-size orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and dispatch, as these pieces are specially made to your measurements.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders within India above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged on orders below ₹999.

Currently, Oohlala ships exclusively within India.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
